Shipping & returns
RETURN POLICY
Cranked return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit.
Your item must be unused and in original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable items:
- Bicycles
- Protective Equipment (Helmets, padding, gloves, etc.)
- Nutrition and Perishable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Specific health and personal care items
- Intimates
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Bike sales
All Bikes sales are final and cannot be returned.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items will not be refunded or returned.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed. and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for online return credits.
Late or missing refunds
Check your original payment source if you have not received a refund within 7 business days. For requested refunds exceeding 7 business days, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
Exchanges
Exchange can be made in-store or by way of e-mail.
Buyer assumes all costs incurred through shipping of exchanged products. All exchange inquiries are to be sent to [email protected]. Items deemed defective are subject to exchange or refund under the original manufacturer warranty or Cranked Warranty Policy.
Gifts
If the purchased item was marked as a “gift” at checkout and shipped directly to the ‘giftee,’ the ‘giftee’ will be issued a gift credit for the full value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued through store credit or a physical gift card.

The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. Shipping costs on returned products are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the issued refund.
Cranked assumes no responsibility for returns lost in transit. Cranked encourages using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning an item through courier or postage.
PRODUCT WARRANTY REQUESTS
Should you have an item that could qualify for a manufacturer warranty, we encourage you to check with the manufacturer’s literature or support network to confirm that it is covered and that they have direct customer support. If covered, this will often save you time, as you can start that process immediately.
